    Join us for an insightful and engaging discussion on the history of the Coal River and its people, featuring two distinguished speakers: Theresa Sainty and Henry Reynolds. 

    Theresa Sainty will speak about the importance of recognising the Mumirimina people and the Oyster Bay nation as the owners of the unceded country now known as Richmond and the Coal River Valley. 

    Henry Reynolds, a renowned historian and author, will deliver the keynote address on April 1804—The Most Consequential Moment in the History of the Coal River, a pivotal event that shaped the destiny of the region and its inhabitants.
