How can we transform knowledge production to centre the voices, lived experiences and expertise of communities that have historically been excluded from research?
Join Sexual and Reproductive Health Matters (SRHM) and the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) for the first webinar in the Reclaiming Knowledge Production initiative, a collaborative effort to advance more inclusive, equitable and rights-based approaches to knowledge creation.
This moderated panel discussion will bring together activists, advocates and researchers working with and alongside structurally excluded communities. Panellists will share their experiences of community-led and participatory research, explore the challenges of reclaiming knowledge production, and reflect on how research can better serve the communities whose lives it seeks to understand.
The conversation will include opportunities for panellists to engage with one another and respond to questions from participants.
The webinar is open to all.
