Trail of Crumbs presents... Rings: an acoustic set
Event description
Five-piece Canberra indie band Trail of Crumbs (@trail.of_crumbs) is a melting pot of musical influences that just keeps expanding — fresh off supporting Pacific Avenue (@pacificavenueau) at the UC, and The Sunday Estate (@thesunday_estate) at The Baso, their sets ebb and flow through bursts of bright pop rock, and twist into waves of psychedelic jazz-funk — and yet every original composition is uniquely their own.
This time around, Trail of Crumbs is the main act, headlining with an expansive acoustic set with new originals at every twist and turn, supported by one of Canberra’s most talented singer-songwriters, Zara Alice(@zara_alice_), and the indefinable sonic journeys of multi-instrumentalist jpcantdance(@jpcantdance).
Three of the five members are tenured Gang Gang kitchenhands, and all of the band has at some point graced the Gang Gang stage, so this gig is guaranteed to be extra special. The band is preparing for the launch of their very first recorded music — the Rings EP — so we are offering an EXCLUSIVE CD! (available for on the ticket screen), with never-before-heard songs being played, showcasing the very best that Trail of Crumbs has to offer(Collect at the door).
