Ripon Community Question Time
Description
The Victorian Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (VACCHO) is proud to be hosting a series of Community Question Time events in the lead up to the Victorian State election.
This in-person, panel-style event is a unique opportunity for mob to come together to question political representatives from various political parties on important issues impacting Aboriginal Communities in the lead up to the Victorian state election in November.
The panel will be moderated by Uncle Charles Pakana from Victorian Aboriginal News.
Budja Budja Aboriginal Co-operative CEO, Tim Chatfield will be on the panel - other panellists are still to be confirmed.
Details of the event, is as follows;
DATE: Thursday 19th November
TIME: 12pm-2.30pm (finger food and refreshments will be served from 12pm, and Welcome and Smoking Ceremony will commence at 12.45pm)
LOCATION: Alexandra Oval Community Centre, Precinct, Ararat
This is a FREE event.
