Ripples - Mullaloo
Event description
Watch the Ripples, as you learn the art of using your intentions and your breath to step towards the life you are dreaming of.
We will meet every Thursday morning in Mullaloo.
Small groups - max 4 for continuity & connection.
I will start each session with a share that feels relevant to the group. Then I will support you to create meaningful, future focussed intentions - we will breathe a full 90 minute breath cycle - followed by a supported debrief.

You will have access to an optional, mentoring connection call with me each week.
You will have access to an optional group chat. A place to share any wins, insights or challenges as we move through the month together.
