Begin your day with a 30-minute beginner-friendly yoga flow, designed to move gently and bring everyone together.

Afterwards, stick around for freebies, upbeat tunes and blue tree painting - a fun and creative way for the whole family to get involved and support mental health awareness.

Registrations are required for class numbers. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel.
