We’re gathering again for RISE & RESTORE - a monthly community event. A beautiful blend of connection, movement, and nature!
What’s on:
• Uplifting beachside practice (yoga, breathwork, or mindful movement)
• A little beach cleanup to give back to the land
• Time to connect with like-minded souls and enjoy the sunshine
When: First Saturday of the month. 8am -9.30am
Where: In front of Maroubra Skatepark
Cost: Suggested $5 to cover the cost of supplies & refreshments.
What to bring: A mat or towel, water bottle, and your beautiful energy!
This is a space for all, come solo or bring a friend. Each month has a different flavour, guest guide, or ritual. You’ll always leave feeling lighter and more connected.
