Bring: Your yoga mat, plenty of water, and any props that enhance your comfort during the practice. Don’t forget your journal, a pen, and a cosy layer to stay warm if needed. Keep in mind you'll be painting - so wear something you wouldn't mind getting messy.

All art supplies—canvas, easel, paints, and pencils—will be thoughtfully provided for your creative journey.

Flow through a heart-opening yoga practice, reflect through journaling, and tap into your divine feminine energy with a painting session surrounded by nature. All art supplies will be provided, including a canvas, easel, paints, and pencils, so you can unleash your creativity and take home your personalised artwork as a reminder of this sacred experience. Step into this nurturing space to celebrate your feminine power, heal, and express yourself freely surrounded by other sisters.

Keep in mind: Your painting practice will take place seated on the ground, please bring a blanket/cushion or bolster to ensure your own comfort during this practice.

In the event of inclement weather that does not permit this event to take place as planned, we have two options:

The event may be moved to a nearby indoor location.
The event may be postponed to another date.

Should either of these situations occur, you will be promptly notified of the change. If the new arrangement does not suit your schedule, you will have the option to request a full refund for your ticket. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we prioritise your safety and enjoyment of the event.
