Rise and Shine

midweek morning movement

One hour of free form conscious dance where we will gently awaken the body and begin our day with some slow, fluid movement. This is a midweek ‘pause’ to help you refocus and reconnect to your body as it is in the moment, tuning in and exploring what may be beneath the skin.

Each fortnight you will be invited to move with an open floor inspired ‘theme’ or you can simply follow your own inner guidance and curiosity, supported by the music.
