AlinaGG is a passionate, driven and inspiring guide who helps others navigate their challenges and transform their lives through healing the heart and awakening the higher self.
For over a decade, AlinaGG has been sharing the transformative power of yoga with her community. In 2010, she completed her 415-hour Yoga Teacher Training Diploma at Qi in Freshwater, Sydney. This training was an ideal complement to her immersive yoga studies in Rishikesh (India), Romania, Germany, and Denmark. As part of a global yoga community, she had the privilege of studying Hatha and Tantric Yoga, along with Meditation Practices, under Swami Vivekananda.
AlinaGG reconnects you with your center, aligning breath and movement in a way that is safe, restorative, and deeply personal. With a keen sensitivity to individual bodies and souls, she has the ability to modify any pose, providing deep satisfaction and lasting results.
AlinaGG is dedicated to guiding, inspiring, and empowering others on their journey of healing, transformation, and self-discovery.
