New Moon Rise & Shine Sound Journey Experience with Sol Turtlevine in Lynnwood before the MeWe Fair 11-30-24

Immerse yourself in a bath of healing vibrations that will transport you to a grounded state of inner peace and energetic clarity. Come experience the power of sound bath therapy as it intertwines with mindful practices, creating a space for rejuvenation, healing and grounding.

Find your peace, balance, and harmony in the present moment as Sol guides you through an internal journey employing healing frequencies and harmonies using singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, sonic tongue drum and vocals with guided meditation and intentional breathing.

No prior experience is required. All are welcome to attend this in-person event. Bring your friends and loved ones to share this blissful experience together.

WHAT: New Moon Rise & Shine Sound Journey Experience

WHEN: Saturday November 30 @9-11am

WHERE: Embassy Suites by Hilton North Lynnwood at 20610 44th Ave W, Lynnwood, WA 98036. Parking is FREE.

HOW:

1. Optionally bring a yoga mat, meditation pillow, bolster, or something to sit/lay down on the floor comfortably with (chairs will be provided as needed), blanket for warmth

2. Optionally bring eye covers

3. Bring and drink WATER (please hydrate before, during, and after the event)

4. Do not eat a heavy meal prior to event

5. Do not wear or bring items that have heavy scents or detergents

HOW MUCH: $25 ahead, $35 at the door and $10 for those with a Booth at the Fair
