Event description
Sunday 29 June 2025 | 7:00 AM
Hyundai Marine Sports Centre
In collaboration with the amazing Rise & Vibe crew, the Sauna Collective Feel Good Train is rolling in to bring a dose of wood-fired sauna bliss to your Sunday Rise & Vibe session — the ultimate post-movement cherry on top.
How will the morning flow?
Rise & Vibe kicks off at 7:20 AM, setting the tone with movement and good vibes until 8:20 AM.
Then it’s time to sweat, chill, and connect. The first sauna round begins at 8:40 AM, with 20-minute sessions rolling through until 10:20 AM — a total of 5 rounds.
Cold showers and sea dips are available for cooling off, and there’ll be plenty of good energy and community while you wait.
If space allows, you're welcome to hop in for an extra round — just be mindful that spots are limited and shared.
Session length?
Most guests will stay in the sauna for 10–20 minutes, depending on your comfort, physiology, and heat tolerance.
What should you bring?
Two towels – one to sit on, one to dry off
A water bottle – hydration is key!
Your open mind, warm heart, and willingness to feel good 🌞
⚠️ Note:
If you're pregnant or have any medical conditions related to circulation or heart health, we recommend checking in with your doctor before joining in.
🧠 Mental Health Benefits of Sauna (Why You'll Feel Amazing)
1. Reduces Anxiety and Stress
🔥 Heat exposure lowers cortisol and activates your parasympathetic nervous system — helping you unwind and deeply relax.
2. Boosts Mood and Happiness
🌈 Sauna sessions release endorphins and dopamine — your brain’s natural feel-good chemicals — creating a natural post-sauna “high.”
3. Improves Sleep Quality
😴 After sauna, your core temperature drops, mimicking the body’s natural pre-sleep rhythm and promoting deeper, more restful sleep.
4. Builds Mental Resilience & Clarity
🧘 Exposure to heat stress enhances emotional regulation and increases BDNF — a key molecule in learning, memory, and mental resilience.
5. May Help Alleviate Depression
💡 Research shows sauna use can ease depressive symptoms by improving brain chemistry, reducing inflammation, and supporting circulation to mood-regulating areas of the brain.
We can't wait to welcome you aboard the Feel Good Train...
