October is birthday month for both of us, Coka and Juli, and we want to celebrate with the beautiful community that makes Rise & Vibe so special.

For this celebration, tickets are just $10 per person, including Erin’s movement workshop and our signature DJ Morpho dance journey!

Erin Zen Warrior and YogaTribe invite you to explore a playful combination of yoga, breathwork, and mobility.

Free your body, discover new ways to move, and reconnect with your natural creativity and flow. This workshop is an invitation to get curious, find more ease, and rediscover a body you may have forgotten you had.

About Erin

Erin Polaschek is a movement coach, bodyworker, and mentor with 20 years of experience. Raised in a movement culture of dance, martial arts, yoga, and bodybuilding, she brings a rich understanding of the body and its possibilities.

She has worked with high-level athletes, including All Blacks and Moulin Rouge dancers, as well as people living with severe disabilities and chronic disease. Her breadth of experience shapes an approach that welcomes different bodies, abilities, and ways of moving.

🎧 Then… we dance with DJ Morpho!

Following the workshop, our beautiful Juli DJ Morpho, takes us into the signature Rise & Vibe dance journey.

Expect uplifting sounds, playful movement, and those moments when the music brings us all together. Come as you are, move however you feel, and let’s fill the space with smiles and birthday energy!

About DJ Morpho

Juliana Botero, known as DJ Morpho, blends funky house, tribal house, and fusion sounds into sets that invite you to move freely. Her warmth and infectious energy are at the heart of Rise & Vibe.
