You’ve been asking for it… and we finally found the perfect ocean view spot for all of us ( Thank you Andy & Siomara!). Our local friend Siomara have moved mountains for her community🌿🌅

We are SO excited to bring Rise & Vibe on Tour to Whangamata especially because we know how incredible, creative and community-minded this town is.

And for us, that’s what Rise & Vibe has always been about: community, connection, music, movement and celebrating life together. ❤️ And if you haven't met us yet, we invite to feel and see into our here @riseandvibe_nz_

We will start with a Kundalini Yoga session will comprise rythmic, simple & powerful movements to warm up the body; breath practices to drop from the chattery mind into a spacious embodiment, finding your bliss.

Grounding to expand, heart opening to soar into healing dance!

With over 20 years of experience teaching Kundalini, Siomara has found her own flavor for sharing this practice, which has become passion and purpose in her life journey.
