As winter fades, the earth stirs.

In the cool months, plants retreat—leaves fall, seeds rest quietly in the dark, waiting for the kiss of warmth to awaken them. Then comes spring: sunlight warms the earth, shoots push through the soil, and blossoms unfurl in a burst of life.

We are no different.

We too slow down, turn inward, and shed. But when spring calls, we rise—ready to emerge, connect, and create.

This is your invitation.

Sisters, join us for a yummy evening of cacao, embodied dance and voice activation—a space to awaken your body, open your voice, and nourish the life force within. Together we’ll celebrate the season of fertility, creativity, and inner bloom.

There are no steps to learn, just bring your presence, curiosity and an open heart. Come as you are, move exactly how you feel, leave feeling nourished.

Meet your Hosts:

Meg is a singer and yoga teacher with a background in youth work and mental health (BA Psych). She is passionate about guiding others to connect with their inner truth through voice and movement.

Dominique is an embodied dancer, rapper and rhythm lover. She is passionate about inspiring authentic self-expression, celebrating sisterhood and living in tune with nature and its seasons.

Jess is an embodied dancer, deeply passionate about the wisdom of the body & power of embodiment. She feels called to help women reconnect with their unique essence and truth. A lover of nature, breathwork, sisterhood, human behaviour & archetypal work.
