Event description

Creating a theory of change for your social enterprise is a significant piece of work, combining stakeholders and activities, and mapping outcomes across timeframes.

Even once you’ve completed a Theory of Change (ToC) it can be challenging to figure out how to use it in your marketing and communications.

In this 90 minute workshop, we’ll look at how to take your Theory of Change and focus attention on the ‘Golden Thread’: the multi-part sentence capturing the journey from here to there.

We’ll look at ways to adapt the Golden Thread into communications for your brand - its purpose, its vision, its mission and its story.

The outputs will be a compelling and emotive messaging framework for your website, your grant applications, your PR outreach and your marketing.
