Krishna Das Ganga Prem Hospice, Rishikesh event guidelines

• KD Rishikesh event seat availability

  ·       Seats for the Krishna Das Rishikesh October 17-18 event are being reserved online. A few seats may be available at the door. Please book your spot in advance to avoid any last-minute space constraints.

  ·       Physical tickets or passes are not being issued. Upon successful registration, you will receive a QR code via email at your given email address.

  ·       Your online receipt with QR code is sufficient to present at the venue in Rishikesh. At the venue, after checking your receipt, you will be given a wristband for the day, to gain entry.
  
  The concert is on two days, and seats are being reserved separately for both days.

• Weather and clothing

  Bring light cotton clothing for daytime and a light jacket or shawl for possibly cooler evenings.

  • Dress respectfully and comfortably for this spiritual, charitable event in Rishikesh, India.

• Check-in, Entry and Seating at the Rishikesh event

  • The venue for the KD event is: Shri Bharat Mandir, 9, Ghat Road, Mayakund, Rishikesh.

  • A Google Maps link to the event venue is available https://maps.app.goo.gl/CLuqpPa9pXVPiPmp6, We recommend using it to navigate directly to the venue with ease.

  • Please arrive at least 60–90 minutes before the program begins with your registration receipt to allow sufficient time for security screening and check-in.

  • Seating is generally on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • A wheelchair will be available at the venue.

  • Please remove footwear where requested and carry a shoe bag to keep your footwears with you.

  • Please respect seating arrangements and follow the instructions of Ganga Prem Hospice event volunteers.

  • Anybody found intoxicated or under the influence, will be requested to leave the venue immediately.

• Food, Phones and Water

  • Please keep mobile phones on silent mode.

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless required for medical reasons.

  • Drinking water will be available at designated locations. Packaged drinking water will be available for purchase

  • A selection of food and beverage stalls will be available throughout the event, offering a variety of snacks, and refreshments for purchase.

• Health & Safety

  • A First Aid station will be available on-site at the event in Rishikesh.

  • If you feel unwell, please inform the nearest Ganga Prem volunteer immediately.

  • Event volunteers will be available throughout the venue to assist with seating, directions, and general information. Please follow their instructions to ensure everyone's safety and comfort.

• Lost & Found

  • Any lost belongings should be reported to the Information Desk of Ganga Prem Hospice.

  • Organizers will not be responsible for unattended personal items.

• Departure

  • Please exit the venue calmly and follow volunteer directions.

  • Be mindful of fellow attendees, local residents and road traffic while leaving the venue.

• Prohibited Items on October 17 & 18, for the Rishikesh event

  Please do not bring:

  • Alcohol or illegal substances

  • Smoking or vaping products

  • Weapons or sharp objects

  • Fireworks or flammable materials

  • Drones

  • Laser pointers

  • Large suitcases or oversized bags

  • Professional cameras or recording equipment without prior authorization

  • The event venue is unable to accommodate pets.
