The passion project of Luke Saunders, Jason Styles, and Jack Garzonio, Rising Bliss is a unique blend of art rock, alternative song writing, and experimental sound design.
It’s music from the wilderness. It’s the little labyrinths of the heart. It’s whistling through the graveyard.
Conceived in his bedroom during pandemic lockdown, the angular song writing and ethereal vocals of Luke Saunders is brought to life by fellow Eagle Eye Jones member, Jason Styles. With a knack for stuttering drums grooves and expansive world building, Styles became an instrumental key to unlocking the vision of Rising Bliss, honing influences such as Thom Yorke, Portico Quartet and Hania Rani. Glued together by Studios 301 producer Jack Garzonio with state of the art recording techniques, live strings and choir, and lush atmospheric mixes, Rising Bliss is a project that spares no expense for the discerning listener.
