About the Event

This is not about being “good at art.”
This is about giving yourself space to feel, play, and express what’s been waiting inside you.

In this 3-hour in-person workshop, Tanya Rutherford will guide you through the Rising Feminine Framework — Root, Remember, Reclaim, Reignite, Rise, and Radiate — each stage unfolding in colour, pattern, and rhythm.

Through the meditative practice of dot painting, you’ll explore:

🌱 Safety and grounding — anchoring into your own presence.
💫 Rediscovery — those sparks of identity that are uniquely you.
