WHS reporting is a critical component of monitoring and addressing workplace risks. Employees need to know when and how to report risks and as employers or managers we need to know what to do with this information when we receive it.
Workshop content includes:
- Incident and near miss reporting and what to do with them when you receive one
- Hazard alerts – what are they and why are they important
Templates included:
- Incident/near miss report template
- Hazard alert template
