New workers are the most likely to be injured on the job. Having a good induction can reduce the risk of them being injured and ensure they understand how to stay safe at work.
Workshop content includes:
- An outline of the business
- Showing where facilities are
- Explaining rosters and break times
- Training on relevant safety policies and procedures

- Induction checklist template
- Training needs analysis template
- Training plan template

Duration: 1 hour per workshop
