Consulting with employees is the foundation of a safe workplace. There are some simple ways in which you can consult with your team members, whether you have one or 15. It's not as hard as you think!
Workshop content includes:
- How and when to run toolbox meetings
- When consultation is required
- Suggested methods to undertake consultation with employees
- How to respond to employee feedback
