Ritual Breathwork

Event description

My intention for these Ritual Breathwork sessions is to make breathwork accessible and easily incorporated into your every day life and to teach you to become your own breathwork teacher.  A breathwork practice does not require huge amounts of time to reap the benefits and you can learn to do these practices from anywhere, anytime.

Each session will explore conscious breath & somatic practices, discuss principles on breathing mechanics and dynamics and will finish with a guided breathflow journey which you can take away and implement as part of your daily ritual and add to your toolkit of inner resources. You’ll learn how to take back control over energy, meaning that you can slow down or recharge simply by using these different breathing techniques.

It might not be as sexy as the breakthrough / deep breathwork journeys you've been to or seen on the 'Gram (I have some of these coming up soon as well) - but Ritual Breathwork is THE WORK. This is where the change and the transformation occurs is in showing up DAILY and giving yourself the medicine you need.

Spaces will be limited to create a safe and intimate container for individualised support and to allow space and time for questions and interaction.
