Ritual Flow Yoga

Please join Elle Randall and Rebecca Haber (@rebeccasuehaber) for their unique style of Ritual Yoga! Rebecca and Elle will be offering their signature 75 minute open-level Vinyasa flow class to help you get your rituals in order. We'll move and breathe together through a blend of postural flow, music, alignment, and storytelling. Bring a friend or make a new one. Come for the Yoga, stay for the community!
