Join Soulty Temple for Ritual of Flavors, an intimate conscious gastronomy experience celebrating the abundant peak of the Gorge's harvest.

Falling on October 8th, this dinner captures the fleeting, golden window where the final, vibrant kiss of summer meets the rich, earthy depths of early autumn. To honor this perfect micro-season, we are partnering directly with our hosts at Killer Tomato Farm in Hood River. Our menu is a direct reflection of the landscape, heavily featuring same-day harvested vegetables and fruits pulled straight from the soil, complemented by the farm's own honey and wild-foraged mushrooms from the surrounding forests.

By keeping the time between harvest and plate to an absolute minimum for our produce, we preserve the highest level of bio-photons and vital energy in these regenerative ingredients, bringing food to the table exactly as nature intended.

The Culinary Journey We want to keep the exact menu a surprise, but this three-course journey will arrive in abundant waves, with multiple complementary dishes featured in each course. A little hint of what to expect: keep an eye on the glow of the wood-fired pizza oven, where we'll be roasting wild, native-caught Columbia River salmon.

Please note: Because this is a curated, communal feast, we are unable to accommodate individual dietary modifications. However, the generous spread and variety of vibrant, seasonal dishes served throughout the evening ensures there will be plenty of nourishing options for everyone at the table to enjoy.
