River Fit Fall 2026: Tai Chi
Description
Reenergize your mind and body on the Esplanade with Tai Chi! Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese martial art, is used as a slow-moving exercise to achieve relaxation and stress reduction. Tai Chi offers benefits for the body, mind and spirit.
Please wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing, footwear, and sun protection. We will have water available onsite, but we encourage you to bring a water bottle to reduce waste.
Pre-registration is highly recommended to receive updates and cancellations. Please cancel if you can no longer attend. If you require any accommodations, please let the instructor know prior to the start of class.
Tai Chi will take place every Wednesday from 11:30-12:30pm starting September 16th and ending October 21st on the following dates:

Event Cancellation
In the event of extreme weather or other hazardous conditions, the Esplanade Association will email all participants and post a cancellation notice.
