RiverSong Sound Mediation

Do you take the time to connect and re-harmonise with yourself? To nourish your heart and soul with the sweet vibrations of nature. The very essence from which your body is born.

This is the flavour of this mediation practice. By connecting with the deeper, more subtle parts of ourselves, through the gift of sound and bringing harmony with our conscious self.

When you feel called, this space is open for you each week, to come and connect with yourself. Through sound. Through silence. Through your breath.

About Eddie Rain:

Eddie helps people to reconnect with themselves, by holding a nourishing meditation through sound, so they can be at peace in their body.

From the deep sounds of the Yidaki (didgeridoo), to the soft songs of the flute, come on a journey, inspired by the ancient traditions of indigenous cultures of the world.

Eddie has spent time with masters of India, and tribes of Arnhem Land and the Amazon, and brings this magic into the sounds he weaves.

This is a safe, sacred space, where you can feel held, and rest deeply through your process.

A few details:

Please arrive promptly outside just before 6:30pm. Once we start, the door will be closed and we will not be able to admit any later comers. 

Yoga mats and blankets are provided, but if there is anything else you need to feel comfortable lying down, please bring it. We also you recommend avoiding caffeine and not eating anything heavy a couple of hours before, so you can really drop in to the experience.
