This year's Riverbeats Festival celebrates Earth (browns/greens, crystals, forest spirits), Fire (reds/oranges, flames, phoenix), Wind (whites/silvers, feathers, air beings), and Water (blues/purples, iridescence, sea creatures) - choose your element or blend them for your festival look. Let the ancient elements guide your costume and dress to impress!

We have DJs playing until 3pm Sunday. Please ensure you are all packed up and ready to go as the gate closes Sunday at 5pm.

We are a ZERO WASTE farm. Think carefully about what you are packing. Be mindful you are camping on a grazing paddock for livestock so don't leave rubbish behind and NO GLASS!

Health and Safety Document for Riverbeats 20th to the 22nd March 2026

1. Introduction Welcome to Riverbeats 26! The safety and well-being of all our guests are of utmost importance to us. This document outlines important health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone attending the festival.

2. General Safety Guidelines

• Emergency Contacts: Emergency contact numbers for medical, security, and festival organizers will be clearly displayed at various locations including the information area and the first aid station.
  No Swimming Alone: While there is a river for swimming, guests are advised not to swim alone. Always swim with a buddy and adhere to any specific safety guidelines posted near the swimming area.
• Campsite Safety: Camp only in designated areas. Keep tents and camping equipment away from fire hazards such as cooking areas and open flames.
• Fire Safety: Open fires are strictly prohibited. Use only approved cooking equipment in designated areas. Be cautious with any flame or heat sources in the camping area. The Fire Lane must be kept clear of vehicles.
• Personal Safety: Be mindful of personal belongings. Lock valuables in your vehicle if possible. Report any suspicious activity to festival security immediately.
• Livestock Awareness: The festival is located on an active farm. Guests are advised not to interfere with or approach any livestock on the premises. Respect farm property and avoid restricted areas.

3. First Aid and Medical Services

• First Aid Station: A fully equipped first aid station will be located [describe location]. It will be staffed with qualified medical personnel throughout the festival.
• Medical Emergencies: If you or someone else requires medical assistance, contact a festival staff member or go directly to the first aid station. In case of a serious emergency, call emergency services (dial [emergency number]).

4. Hygiene and Sanitation

• Hand Washing: Wash hands regularly, especially before eating and after using the restroom. Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the festival grounds. 
• Restroom Facilities: Use designated restroom facilities only. Portable toilets will be provided in camping and festival areas.
• Waste Disposal: Dispose of waste in designated bins. Help keep the festival grounds clean by not littering. Better yet take it home with you. This is a Leave-no-trace event.

5. Weather and Environment

• Weather Awareness: Be prepared for varying weather conditions. Pack appropriate clothing and footwear for potential rain or sun.
• Sun Protection: Use sunscreen and wear hats or protective clothing to avoid sunburn.
• Environmental Considerations: Respect the natural environment and wildlife. Avoid damaging vegetation and wildlife habitats.

6. Alcohol and Substance Use

• Responsible Drinking: Consume alcohol responsibly and in moderation. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
• Drug Policy: The use of illegal substances is not permitted. Festival security will enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding drug use.

• Evacuation Plan: An evacuation plan is in place in case of emergencies. Please familiarize yourself with the nearest exits and follow instructions from event staff or announcements in case of evacuation.
• Listen to Event Staff: Listen to and follow instructions from event staff and security personnel at all times. They are there to ensure your safety and the smooth operation of the festival.

• Information Area: Visit the information area for any questions, concerns, or updates during the festival. 
• Announcements: Important announcements will be made over the PA system if necessary. Pay attention to these announcements for any safety updates or changes.
