Event description

Deane Parker is back at it, with another moving short film all about a life of adventure on the water.

Be the first to view the 2nd edit, made for his BANFF submission, of the award-winning 'Riverbound - The storybook has just begun.'

"Yak, is a former professional guide and expert kayaker, now a paraplegic due to a canyoning accident. Can Packrafting give Yak the freedom to run rivers again? How will he fare in the thundering Class 3 rapids of the upper Buller Gorge? Does Packrafting have the potential to enable an even more diverse range of users to competently run rivers...?"

Come and join us for an epic night of being inspired, not only by Yak and Deane, but also by the beautiful West Coast of the South Island.
