🚲 Free Bike Tune-Ups with Bower Bikes!
Is your bike begging for a little TLC? Whether it’s flat tyres, a wobbly wheel, or brakes that squeal, bring it along for a free tune-up and get back on the road with confidence.
The friendly team from Bower Bikes will give your ride a safety and comfort check, helping with everything from quick tweaks to bigger fixes.
✅ Minor issues? They'll sort them out on the spot.
🔧 Bigger jobs? You’ll get a clear quote for repairs.
Come by, roll in, and ride away smoother, safer, and happier.
Also, as this event marks the beginning of Riverfest, after your free tune up, why not set off on your own spring adventure!
Cycle the Greenway or Bay Run
discover local cafés and shops that care for the environment
Enjoy a litter-free picnic by the water.
Keep your eyes open for the incredible birdlife that calls the river home.
Time: 25 minute sessions from 10am to 2pm. Limit of 1 bike per booking.
Where: Undercover at Inner West Sustainability Hub -The Bower Bike Repair Shop (towards the back of the site, at the end of the blue pedestrian path, near the garden space). Look for our signage.
Accessibility: If you have any access or support requirements in order to participate fully please let us know. The site is accessible via paved pathways with a slight slope from street to buildings.
Who: This workshop is provided free to residents of the Inner West local government area. This service is presented by the Green Living Centre, an initiative of Inner West Council. As numbers are limited, the service is only available to residents of Inner West Council area. Search by address at Find Your Local Council - Office of Local Government NSW website to find your local government area, if you're unsure. Proof of residential address will be required.
