Description
RiverFest: Mangrove Meander and Morning Tea
Friday 25 September 2026
10:00 am–12:00 pm
Parramatta Bike Hub, Silverwater
Discover the quieter side of the Parramatta River on a gentle social bike ride through the Parramatta River mangrove wetlands.
Along the way, we’ll explore why mangroves are vital to a healthy river. Watch for birds and other wildlife while learning about tides, estuaries, climate resilience, and how we can help care for our local waterways.
After the ride, we’ll return to Parramatta Bike Hub for a relaxed morning tea. It’s an opportunity to share what you noticed, continue the conversation and connect with other people interested in cycling, nature and the Parramatta River.
