Riverina Highlands Landcare Network Annual General Meeting and Paddock Walk

Join us for a paddock walk at our Annual General Meeting to see first-hand the initiatives the Jones family have implemented and to hear some of the key lessons they have learnt along the way.

The Jones family operate ‘Nyrang’, a 428-hectare beef cattle property in the Yaven Creek valley. As long-term members of the Riverina Highlands Landcare Network, they have partnered with Landcare and Local Land Services to enhance on-farm biodiversity and promote sustainable farming outcomes. Their achievements include paddock subdivision, pasture improvement, planting individual paddock trees, establishing over 11 hectares of native vegetation corridors, and protecting 1,500 metres of waterways.
