Join us at the Lake Bonney foreshore as we celebrate another fantastic year of YEL!
Wednesday 4 November 2026
Lake Bonney (Bamera Lake) foreshore, Dean Drive, Barmera. (YEL base will be
in the shelter near the jetty).
10 am - 2 pm
Students will have the opportunity to share and celbrate what they have learnt and how they have shared back at school.
Fishing competition will include prizes. BYO fishing rod or borrow a rod or handline.
Please BYO recess, lunch and water bottles. Education team will provide a special treat for all attendees.
Dress for the weather on the day and hats are a must. Sunscreen and insect repellent provided.
Enjoy a fun-filled day of student reflections and sharing. We’ll enjoy a friendly fishing competition/carpathon and a relaxing day on the Lake.
Cost: Free! This project is supported by the Murraylands and Riverland Landscape Board through funding from the landscape levies.
