MasterChef Australia favourite Callum Hann and renowned chef David Lovett will headline this year’s culinary program with three live cooking sessions throughout the day.
Each demonstration will feature two recipes, with Callum and David sharing practical tips, techniques and plenty of inspiration to take back to your own kitchen.
Callum rose to fame as the runner-up on season two of MasterChef Australia and has since become a familiar name in South Australia’s food scene. He is the co-owner of Sprout Cooking School, Pantry on Prospect, Roma and Olive.
Known for his rustic, regional approach to Italian cooking and expertise with dough, David has worked across celebrated Sydney kitchens including Bills, North Bondi Italian and Uccello.
