Spend a peaceful weekend (Friday evening-Sunday afternoon) indulging in yoga, walking meditation, sound baths, nature connection and uplifting workshops in the tranquil riverside setting of Mannum - with free time to discover the historical town and enjoy the majestic river and bird life. The yoga is suitable for all levels including beginners and will include hatha flow, restorative yoga, yin yoga and myofascial release with balls. Optional kayak trip.

Staying in the Pumphouse Bunkhouse in Mannum Caravan Park, options include basic accommodation in a private room or twin share. Breakfast will be provided, and each person is invited to bring one vegetarian or vegan meal to share. If you have any special dietary requirements or preferences, please contact to see if this can be accommodated, or you may bring or prepare your own meals using the fully equipped kitchen.

Mannum is located approximately one and a half hours drive from Adelaide. Carpooling is encouraged. Please advise if you can offer a lift in your car or if you would like a lift.
