Nilesh in this thought-provoking presentation, will explore the profound distinction between our achievements (the resume) and the legacy we leave behind (the eulogy). Drawing on principles of Servant Leadership and Karmic Management, Nilesh will inspire the audience to consider what truly matters in life. He will share personal stories and lessons learned through his journey as a leader, entrepreneur, and advocate for diversity and inclusion. Attendees will walk away with a deeper understanding of how they can create a lasting impact on the world around them, both professionally and personally.

Nilesh Makwana is a global and national award-winning entrepreneur, CEO of Microsoft Tech for Social Impact partner company illuminance Solutions, and a best-selling author. Recently appointed as Cricket Australia’s Multicultural Ambassador, Nilesh is a dedicated advocate for diversity, inclusion, and servant leadership. His work is centered on empowering individuals and organizations to embrace positive change and active citizenship. Known for his thought leadership, Nilesh’s book was launched by the WA Premier and in Parliament. He is a frequent media commentator and has received numerous international, national, and local awards for his contributions to social impact.
