The Road to Worlds: An Exclusive Four-Course Dinner
Join us at StrEAT Corner Kitchen for a special one-night dinner as Team SCK prepares to head to Indianapolis for the World Food Championships!
We’re opening our doors to just 20 guests for an intimate four-course dinner and a behind-the-scenes look at what we’ve been working on for Worlds. This evening is part dinner, part practice run, and part send-off—and we want our community at the table with us.
The evening will begin with a cocktail hour from 6:30–7:00 PM, featuring a specialty cocktail from Cassidy’s Irish Pub, along with a non-alcoholic tea option. Dinner will begin promptly at 7:00 PM.
Your ticket includes four courses:
Salad • Fish • Red Meat • Dessert
Throughout the evening, we’ll be debuting previews of concepts and dishes we’ve been developing for competition. We want this to be interactive—you’ll have the opportunity to taste, give feedback, and be part of our final preparation before we head to Worlds.
A Private, Working Preview
Because some of what you’ll experience is being developed specifically for competition, we ask that all food photos, menu details, and competition concepts stay in the room. Please do not photograph or publicly share the dishes until after the World Food Championships.
We want our 20 guests to get a true behind-the-scenes experience while still keeping a few secrets up our sleeves for Indianapolis. 😉
Why We're Doing It
We entered the Texas Food Championship for the experience, the challenge, and the chance to represent our little restaurant and Corpus Christi—and somehow, that journey is now taking us to the World Food Championships.
Proceeds from this dinner will help offset the costs of getting our team, ingredients and equipment to Indianapolis and competing at Worlds.
Tickets are $150 per guest and only 20 seats are available.

- Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Because this is a predetermined four-course menu featuring fish and red meat, accommodations may be limited. Contact us before purchasing if you have an allergy or dietary restriction.
- Can I take pictures?
Photos of the evening are welcome, but no photos or videos of the food or competition concepts may be taken or shared until after Worlds.
- Are tickets refundable?
Non-refundable but transferrable
