Event description

ROAR Leaders' Summit is a unique platform that brings together leaders from both the church and the marketplace to engage in meaningful discussions on critical issues essential for successful nation building.

The theme for 2025 is 'Nation-Building Blocks', featuring distinguished speakers from Australia and the Pacific. These leaders will share valuable insights, practical strategies, and real-world experiences to inspire, equip and empower participants.

Over two days, ROAR Leaders' Summit will concentrate on five key areas: Family, Church, Education, Economy, Leadership & Politics. Optional sessions will explore Media, Sports, and Entertainment, highlighting their importance in driving national transformation and development.

The summit will conclude with a Gala Dinner to celebrate the rich cultures of the Pacific. Attendees will enjoy delicious food, vibrant entertainment, networking and fundraising activities to support ROAR projects across the Pacific region. Together, we aim to nurture nation builders and collaborate for a brighter future for the Pacific.

Refund policy

1. Full Refund (30 or More Days Before the Event) Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event will receive a full refund. 2. Partial Refund (15-29 Days Before the Event) Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the ticket price. 3. No Refund (14 Days or Less Before the Event) Cancellations made 14 days or less before the event are non-refundable. We encourage you to transfer your ticket to another person in this case (see below for details). 4. No Part Refunds If you purchase a ticket for the entire weekend or a multi-day event, no part refunds will be given for individual days or sessions. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the full event cancellation policy outlined above. 5. Ticket Transfer/Substitution If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person without any additional charges. Please contact us at roarleaders@gmail.com for assistance with ticket transfers. 6. Cancellation by Organisers If the ROAR Leaders' Summit & Gala Dinner is cancelled by the organisers for any reason, we will provide a full refund to all registered attendees or offer the option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date, should the event be postponed. 7. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events) In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations), the ROAR Leaders' Summit & Gala Dinner may be rescheduled or cancelled. Refunds for Force Majeure situations will be at the discretion of the event organisers, and attendees will be given the option to receive a full refund or transfer their ticket to the rescheduled event.
