Progressive Rocket Vinyasa Pop-Up class 🚀

Join me for a 120-minute Progressive Rocket Vinyasa experience in a unique space in Alexandria⚡️⚡️⚡️. This will be A full-spectrum practice incorporating pranayama, dynamic movement and meditation, designed to leave you feeling strong, empowered and elevated…. All to the backdrop of some bangin’ beats.

Rocket Vinyasa is the rebel child of Ashtanga —dynamically paced, playful, and designed to challenge tradition while making the practice more accessible. Expect an invigorating flow with plenty of opportunities to level up with arm balances, inversions, and creative transitions.

Intermediate & Advanced practice. Not for the faint hearted, NOT suitable for beginners. This practice is for intermediate and advanced practitioners🔥. Very limited spots (only 22). Bring your own mat, props, water and a spirit of adventure. Location details sent upon booking.  

This will be my last pop-up in Sydney before heading off to Thailand for a few weeks on my yoga retreat. Hope to see you there friends!
