Rococo Loco Soirée!

Rococo Loco Soirée is a wonderful midsummer cake party. This space is to celebrate creativity, passion, community, and CAKES! Lancaster has plenty of wonderful humans who are interested in baking, and we would love to see all this talent in one room. Every individual who purchases a Baker Ticket must bring a HOMEMADE cake to participate.

Cake Requirements:

1. Every ticketed attendee must bring one whole cake with the required guidelines. All cakes must be a minimum of 8 inches wide. Cakes must be displayed with a decent board, stand, tin pan, tray, etc.

2. Cakes should have their own cutting knife.

3. Cakes should be ready to be displayed on the tables upon arrival.

4. Cakes SHOULD have an ingredient card. This event is homemade cakes ONLY.

We strongly encourage you to work outside your comfort zone and work with new flavors and designs! Please be mindful, and create a cake that you are proud to present and ready to share with multiple people.

1. Animals: Only service animals are permitted.

2. Attendance:

• Every attendee, regardless of age, must purchase a General Admission ticket if they are not participating as a Baker.

• Bakers must purchase their Baker Ticket.

3. Photography & Video: By attending the event, you agree to the possibility of filming and photographing you and your work. You agree that the footage will be used for marketing, social media and promotional purposes without payment or further approval. If you prefer not to be captured, please let a designated staff member know immediately.

4. Safety: By attending, you assume related risks to food consumption. Please read the ingredient card of each cake carefully.
