Rod Coote is an Australian indie folk singer-songwriter who grew up in the countryside between the rivers, mountains and lakes of New South Wales in Australia. Now based in Melbourne by the coastline of Australia, his warm indie folk music has reached over 7 million streams independently across all streaming platforms and he’s supported acts Ziggy Alberts, The Dreggs, Kim Churchill, Steph Strings, Alivan Blu & Kyle Lionhart on tour.

Finding songwriting as a teenager influenced by Ben Howard, The Paper Kites, Noah Kahan, & Hollow Coves, Rod has curated a community of listeners organically from busking on the coastline of Australia, releasing his music on streaming platforms & consistently playing headline shows and festivals across Australia, Europe & United Kingdom.
