Roger Smith is one of the top independent watchmakers in the UK, based on the Isle of Man.

Roger is a George Daniels Protégé and is the star of the video: The Watchmaker’s Apprentice

George Daniels was an English horologist, inventor of the coaxial escapement, and author. He passed away in 2011 and bequeathed his legacy to Roger Smith.

Roger has built pocket watches and wrist watches. His Wrist watch Series I has sold for as much as AU$630,000 while his Wrist watch Series II has sold for as much as AU$1.2 million.
