Rolleston Scouts Family Portrait Fundraiser 2026

Support Rolleston Scouts and get a beautiful family portrait for just $25*, ready in time for Christmas!

Rolleston Scouts has arranged for a professional photographer from Green Melon Family Portraits to take family portraits on Sunday 29 November 2026 at the Rolleston Scout Den.

What you get

• A large 10" x 13" (253mm x 330mm) studio-style family portrait

• Your choice of colour or black & white

• Normally valued at $60, yours for only $25

• Ready to collect before Christmas, perfect as a gift for grandparents and family

• Want more than one portrait? At your viewing, you can order extra prints at special discounted prices.

Every dollar supports Scouts The full $25 from every booking goes to Rolleston Scouts. Families, friends, neighbours and relatives are all welcome!

How it works

1. Choose your appointment time and pay $25 online.

2. Come to the Scout Den at your booked time for your photo session.

3. At your session, the photographer will book a time for you to come back, view your photos and collect your portrait, ready in time for Christmas.

What to wear The backdrop is white. Please avoid all-white or all-black outfits. Bold, bright colours look great!

Please note

• Limited to one $25 portrait per family.

• An adult must be in the portrait. Children can only be photographed with a parent or guardian present.

• Each person can only appear once at the special fundraising price.

• An adult from the portrait must attend the viewing and collection day, or the $25 portrait offer is void.

• The viewing time is arranged with the photographer at your session.

• No refunds if you miss your appointment.

• Extra prints will be available to buy at the viewing at discounted prices. There's no obligation to buy.

• Families who buy the 3-pose package also get a free 10" x 13" of the children's pose, plus free digital copies of the 3 poses.

• The Rolleston Christmas Parade is on the same day, right by the Scout Den. Make a day of it and enjoy the parade as well as your portrait! Allow a little extra time to arrive, as the area will be busy.

• *The $25 price doesn't include booking or card fees, which are added at checkout.
