Ronan's Charity Seminar
Event description
Join us for a special Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu seminar in support of one of our own. Ronan, a beloved coach, teammate, and friend, has recently been diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma. While he undergoes treatment and takes time off the mats, we’re coming together as a community to raise funds for Blood Cancer UK and to help support Ronan with living costs during this challenging time.
What to Expect:
This seminar will feature top-level instruction from expert coaches who are good friends of Ronan. We have:
Cammy Donnelly (Black belt owner of Meta-Tech)
Giles Garcia (Black Belt owner of Ronin Grappling)
Ross Smith (Brown Belt at The Griphouse)
The seminar will begin at 12.30 and run for 3 hours. It will include 45 minute taught segments from each instructor followed by some time for Q&A and light rolling.
All experience levels are welcome — whether you’re a white belt or a seasoned competitor, this is an opportunity to learn and show support.
100% of proceeds will go directly to Blood Cancer UK and Ronan.
Merch and raffle tickets will be available on the day — all profits go to the cause.
Let’s pack the mats and show what BJJ is all about: Community, support, and solidarity. 🙌
