Join Hone from Kiwi Homesteaders for a Korero on tikanga, sustainable and traditional practices and identification.
Hone will lead you through a demonstration on how to make Rongoa drink from selected plant material and this workshop also includes a dried and bagged-up Rongoa rakau to take home.
During this popular Rongoa workshop you will learn how to identify native plants, the tikanga and uses and benefits of the rakau. We will also make a Rongoa tea to enjoy together.
When: 9:30am, Saturday, March 23rd
Where: Envirohub BOP, 31B Glasgow Street, Tauranga
Tickets: $35 per person (usually $70 but this is part funded by Envirohub).
