Come and learn how to identify a Rakau (plant) and how to make a wairakau (decoction) that can benefit not only just you but your Whānau as well.

This is the time to take control of your own health and Rongoā can help to support that.

This workshop will support you in your wellbeing journey using the beautiful Rakau we have in Aotearoa by making a simple but very powerful inu (drink). I believe that we need to use plants that resonates with our vibration and that comes from the country you reside in.
