You’re invited for a uniquely transcendent sensory experience. Picture this: As the setting sun creates the warm glow of the golden hour and the full moon rises over a spectacular city skyline view, you are lying back on the rooftop, bathing in the sounds of an ambient sonic journey that’s soothing your nervous system.

Find inner peace as we calm the mind and body with sacred sounds. Scientific research shows the frequency of sound waves lowers anxiety and blood pressure. It is an easy way to get out of your head and nourish your soul. Come discover a state of sweet surrender.

This cellular massage invites you to drop into deep relaxation through tones, timbres, drones, and rhythms from live handpans, gongs, chimes, flutes, singing bowls, drums and more with magical musician Sean Youngman.

We will begin with 30 minutes of gentle stretching and guided breath and body scan relaxation to prepare the body to fully receive the vibrations. Enhance your experience by adding Reiki with Mary or Reflexology with Kirstin and Ariel during the journey!

LOCATION

Parking in the lot and garage is free and plentiful. When you pull into the Falls Center complex, you will see a large parking lot and garage to your right. (With Founded and The Preston on your left.) For Rooftop: On top of the parking garage. Founded has a restroom if needed.
