This cellular massage invites you to drop into deep relaxation through tones, timbres, drones, and rhythms from live handpans, gongs, chimes, flutes, singing bowls, drums and more with magical musician Sean Youngman.

We will begin with 30 minutes of gentle stretching and guided breath and body scan relaxation to prepare the body to fully receive the vibrations. Enhance your experience by adding Reiki with Mary or Reflexology with Kirstin and Ariel during the journey!

To get your body extra prepared to drop in deep, join Mary beforehand at 6pm for a beginner-friendly Yoga Flow, by donation.

Parking in the lot and garage is free and plentiful. When you pull into the Falls Center complex, you will see a large parking lot and garage to your right. (With Founded and The Preston on your left.) For Rooftop: On top of the parking garage. Founded has a restroom if needed.
