All-Levels Yoga Flow: 6pm Tuesdays & Wednesdays
Transition into your evening with all-levels yoga while enjoying spectacular views of the Philly skyline from Center City to East Falls. Beginners and all are welcome to get energy flowing, open your body, build strength, and calm your mind. We practice to great music, and our rooftop oasis is large, quiet and private.

In case of inclement weather, we will move inside our beautiful studio in The Preston.

When you pull into the Falls Center complex, you will see a large parking lot and garage to your right. (With Founded and The Preston on your left.) Class is on top of the parking garage (Level 5). If need be, Founded has a restroom.
In case of inclement weather, class will move into our beautiful studio inside the Preston. Check Mishana's Instagram stories for location updates, and reach out in advance if you need the building access instructions.
