Room to Breathe
Event description
A creative self-care workshop for women and female-identifying people facilitated by Rachel Holland, a registered art therapist.

This session weaves together creative practices, quiet connection and a guided meditation component to help you return to yourself. You will be accompanied by the support of a therapist and a small group of likeminded individuals for a duration of 2 hours.
Together we will explore grounding rituals, reflective artmaking and moments of stillness designed to support rest, presence and spaciousness.
No art experience needed.
